Off to Dallas
Monday, November 12th, 2007I am participating (note that I didn’t say running) in the Dallas marathon on Dec 9th. I haven’t posted in a while so I have missed a few runs (plus some pool time which is a stone cold chore) but I haven’t done the training needed to actually run the race. But, I did 20 miles this last Saturday in 5 hours (3 hours running the 5/2 interval and 2 hours walking) so I believe I can finish. That is all for now, work is getting interesting.
