Long time no post
Wednesday, August 8th, 2007I ran 30 minutes (2.5-3 miles) on Monday with a 15-20 minute cool down walk. Last week I ran 2.5 miles in 22 minutes with a bit more jogging and cool down walk to fill the hour and a 25 minute run with a 30 minute cool down walk. I have been running in the evenings, but the heat is getting to be a bit much even after 8:00. Mornings next week after I get my sleep schedule shifted to accomodate.
